The cornerstone of the What's The Download campaign’s evolution is the creation and nationwide participation of the WTD Interactive Advisory Board, comprised of 12 young music fans (aged 19-25) from across the country and Honorary Board Members, including GRAMMY winner Kelly Clarkson, actor/rapper Common, MTV on-air personality Sway, west coast editor of Teen People Shirley Halperin, Founder/CEO of Big Champagne Eric Garland, GRAMMY winners Kanye West and Earth, Wind & Fire, Extra co-host and Sugar Ray front man Mark McGrath, and singer/songwriter JD Natasha.

These Board Members create a dialogue between Music Fans and Music Makers to help shape the future of digital music. Over the past two years, the Board members have been meeting with industry folks, musicians and fans from coast-to-coast at several events. They will unveil their findings in the form of a digital solutions report this fall. Stay tuned!
